“All Bodies Are Good Bodies” (https://youtu.be/nxLl6r6Wu-k)
This week’s storytime is “All Bodies are Good Bodies” By Charlotte Barkla. This story explores all the different ways that our bodies are unique and different from others! By talking about eyes, skin color, hair types, and body ability, children will get a sense of how we are all unique and special in our own ways!
Learning about diversity and self love and acceptance is so important for the emotional development of children. When a child has confidence in themselves and their body, children are more likely to take on new challenges and help them know that they are valued and appreciated!
